Atmosphere Controlled Furnaces are used in applications such as manufacturing of metal products, heat-treatment, sintering, melting, aging, thermal testing, powder synthesing and chemical decomposition, where a protective environment is required within the furnaces to achieve the desired products.

Atmosphere Controlled Furnaces are used in applications such as manufacturing of metal products, heat-treatment, sintering, melting, aging, thermal testing, powder synthesing and chemical decomposition, where a protective environment is required within the furnaces to achieve the desired products.

Atmosphere controlled furnaces are designed for heat treatment under atmospheric conditions such as argon, nitrogen, vacuum, hydrogen and the like. In this type of furnace, our company uses cylindrical atmosphere cabins which are more stable and stable than other geometries. In addition, water cooling system pressure, cabin temperature, internal atmospheric pressure, intelligent systems are monitored by the user to make the process in safe.

The adjustable gas and water flow meter, high pressure relief system, overtemperature alarm and vacuum pump are integrated into the furnace as standard. For the hydrogen atmosphere please contact us.

STANDARD FEATURES

APPLICATION NOTES

For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10°C/min should not exceeded. For the fast heating and cooling features please contact with us.

Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace. The flowmeter which included the furnace are not only manual but also not high sensitive. For the high sensitive ones please get in touch. The hydrogen gas usage inside the furnace must not exceed %8 and must used as mixture gas. Gas, water source, furnace connections and connection equipment are to customers responsibility.

The vacuum pump which is including the system, for the purpose of purge the air that can not be work for proper vacuum condition. To have a vacuum condition please contact with us.
