Metal heat treatment furnaces are designed to perform heat treatment (hardening, tempering, etc.) of various metals on a laboratory scale. For the specimen suspended in the middle part of the furnace by means of a wire, hardening can be done under protective atmosphere conditions.
The sample, which is automatically dropped into the liquid placed under the oven, can be cooled suddenly. Heat treatment can be continued without dropping the desired conditions.

For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10°C/min should not exceeded. If an alumina is to be used for the furnace, we suggest 7°C/min heat rate.
Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace. The flowmeters supplied with the system are manual and do not have high precision. Select (MFC) option for high-precision flowmeter option. (*) Process requirements may vary depending on temperature and furnace models and may not be applicable for each model.
