This furnace is suitable for heating and cooling with very high accelerations. The pre-heated furnace proceeds on the stationary specimen and performs heat treatment at the desired ramp.
Since the sample is in a quartz tube, heat treatment can be performed under the desired atmosphere. All operations are done automatically by setting on a screen. In this furnace, graphene, carbon nano tube placement, rapid pyrolysis, rapid heat treatment, thermal shock processes can be done easily.

The furnace has a heating rate of >50°C / s and a cooling rate of >10°C/s. Fast heating is achieved by the hot furnace body advancing over the sample. Similarly, cooling is achieved by pulling the furnace over the sample. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.
