PRODUCT INFORMATION
Atmosphere Controlled Chamber Furnaces are used in applications such as manufacturing of metal products, heat-treatment, sintering, melting, ageing, thermal testing, powder synthesizing and chemical decomposition, where a protective environment is required within the furnaces to achieve the desired products. Atmosphere controlled chamber furnaces are designed for heat treatment under atmospheric conditions such as argon, nitrogen, vacuum, hydrogen and the like. In addition, water cooling system pressure, cabin temperature, internal atmospheric pressure, intelligent systems are monitored by the user to make the process is safe.
The adjustable manual gas flow meter, high-pressure relief system, overtemperature alarm and vacuum pump are integrated into the furnace as standard.

APPLICATION NOTES
For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10°C/min should not exceed. For the fast heating and cooling features please contact us. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.
The flowmeter which is included the furnace is manual but also not high sensitivity. For the higher sensitive ones please get in touch. The hydrogen gas usage inside the furnace must not exceed %8 and must be used as mixture gas. Please contact us for hydrogen gas. Gas, water source, furnace connections and connection equipment are to customers responsibility.
The vacuum pump is included in the system, for the purpose of purging the air. Vacuum pump doesn’t provide high vacuum condition. Please, you can contact us for high vacuum condition.
