PRODUCT INFORMATION
MSE car bottom furnace is designed for the use of large parts in heat treatment and various annealing processes. Lab-scale car bottom furnace has been developed to be very reliable and cost-effective in terms of heavy and continuous working conditions.
It provides easier loading/unloading and easy maintenance for large parts. During loading and unloading to car bottom furnaces, the damage to the interior of the furnace is minimized. The door of the furnace is integrated into the movable base.
Many operations such as annealing, normalization, sintering and stress relief can be performed at the car bottom furnace.
Depending on the application size and usage conditions, the door of the furnace can be integrated into the movable base, or it can be opened upwards or sideways.

APPLICATION NOTES
For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10 °C/min should not exceeded. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.
The load capacity of the furnace mustn’t exceed.
SERIES
Car bottom furnaces are manufactured in many different volumes up to 1700 °C continuous usage temperature. This furnace is manufactured on demand by the customer.
