PRODUCT INFORMATION
The lift bottom retort furnace is designed for the heat treatment of big and heavy metals and especially stress relief annealing. Furnace raises all samples to furnace with the elevator mechanism. The homogeneous temperature distribution is provided by the fan system and also heating elements on each wall placed in the furnace. Because of that, the lift bottom retort furnace is provided more homogeneous heating compare to the chamber furnaces.
Lift bottom retort furnace provides an ideal condition for the heat treatment of stack samples (nut, bolt, etc.), too.
The protective atmosphere and vacuum ambient are provided with the retort that specially designed inside the furnace.
The biggest advantage of the lift bottom retort furnace is to easily place heavy samples into the furnace by its elevator bottom that up-down moving.
Compared to the large furnace models with the front lid when the elevator bottom is opened while the furnace is still hot the heating elements are better protected and the contact of the user with heat is reduced.

APPLICATION NOTES
For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10 °C/min should not exceeded. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.
