MSE produces vacuum furnace in different temperatures and volumes up to 10-5 mbar for the heat treatment of samples under vacuum.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

MSE vacuum furnace is designed for the samples not to come into contact with air during the heat treatment and to complete the process with the least deformation. Also, the diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump can be selected according to customer demand.

Vacuum furnace can be made from graphite, tungsten and molybdenum according to process needs. Please contact us for ultra-high vacuum furnace requests.

APPLICATION NOTES

For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10°C/min. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.

The system is not proper for heat treatment without vacuum. With an external gas source the process can start by purge the air. The lid must not try to open while vacuum is on. The features which are signed with star(*) may get change or not available due to the change on process inquiries, temperature and vacuum level.
