PRODUCT INFORMATION

The MSE vacuum furnaces are designed for the samples not to come into contact with air during the heat treatment and to complete the process with the least deformation. Also the diffusion pump or turbomolecular pump can be selected. Vacuum furnaces can made graphite, tungsten and molybdenum according to customer request by MSE.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Able to set programmable temperature, time and soaking time, adjustable vacuum volume, display of cooling water temperature and process details, and data save by USB connection feature via PLC controller, touch screen

APPLICATION NOTES

For the maximum life of the furnace and the longer use of the furnace equipment, we recommend that the heating rate of 10°C/min. Flammable and explosive products must not be used in the furnace.

System is not proper for heat treatment without vacuum. With an external gas source the process can start by purge the air. The lid must not try to open while vacuum is on. The features which is signed with star(*) may get change or not available due to the change on process inquiries, temperature and vacuum level.
